Tuition

Weekly lessons are $25.00/class and billed monthly. Music books are $25.00 (includes sales tax) for adults and children and can be purchase at the school.

*All students are required to bring their book to class every week.
*We do not have extra books to lend out.

Tuition fees can be paid by credit or debit card and set up on an automatic payment schedule. If you pay by check, your payment is due the 1st of each month. Full payment is due, no partial payments please. If your payment is not received by the first of the month, a $25.00 late fee will be assessed. Please note that we do not send out reminders or invoices. There will be signs posted at the school as a reminder that payments are due the 1st of each month.

Absences & Cancellations

One lesson per month may be cancelled and you will be offered a make-up class. Refunds will not be given for missed classes. Your makeup session must be scheduled with your assigned teacher.

Cancellation or Withdrawal

A 30 day written notice is required should you decide to discontinue your classes. That notice can be emailed to Donna@houstonpianocompany.com. Your tuition must be paid in full for the last month.

Substitute Teachers

If for any reason a teacher will be absent, a substitute teacher will be provided. If a substitute is not available, we will schedule a make-up class at your convenience.

Calendar & Holidays

We follow the HISD school calendar and will be closed when HISD is closed. This applies to both the adult and children’s classes. You will not be charged for classes when we are closed for spring break or other holidays per our calendar.
